Deepika opens up about pregnancy and engagement news

After choosing to keep quiet and let the media come up with their own take on the rumour, Deepika finally decided to shut the wagging tongues down. Deepika, who walked as the showstopper for designer Manish Malhotra’s collection at FDCI India Couture Week 2016 spoke openly about the engagement news.

Looking resplendent in a Manish Malhotra creation, Deepika said, “I think this is the right opportunity for me to clarify. There is no such plan anytime soon. I am not pregnant, I am not engaged, I am not married. I am not planning to get married anytime soon!"

With just one media address, Deepika put an end to all the speculations for once and for all.
