Chris Pratt’s mushy post on wife Katherine Schwarzenegger is being slammed by netizens, here is why
Fans of ‘The Guardians of Galaxy’ actor, Chris Pratt, have divided over a comment that he made in his recent post on his social media. Pratt had put up a long post ahead of his wife Katherine’s birthday which has grabbed the attention of the netizens. Read on to know what went wrong and why?

The actor’s mushy post for his darling wife is rather being slammed by the netizens for what Pratt has written in it. Pratt clearly wanted to appreciate his wife, whose birthday falls in some six weeks. However, the very post which he put up out of sheer love has landed him up in a soup. With a picture where the couple is starring gleefully in each other’s eyes, the Jurassic World actor wrote “find somebody that looks at you like at”, adding that in case if he forgets to get anything for Katherine on her birthday, which is in the next six weeks, he will ask her to look back at this.

Pratt continued with his long post filled with nothing but love for his dear wife. However, it was one thing that grabbed the attention of his fans and became the reason for him being slammed. In his long post about Katherine and things that he loves about her, Pratt also went on to write about how she has given him “a gorgeous healthy daughter”. Pratt and Katherine have a 14-month-old daughter named ‘Lyla’. It was this very comment that did not seem to go down well with his fans.
So, what is the reason behind people finding this comment so offensive? Well, before being married to Katherine, Pratt was married to actor Anna Faris. The two, Pratt and Fari, have a nine-year-old son ‘Jack’ from their marriage. Their son was born as a premature baby. He was born nine weeks in advance, because of which he had to spend several weeks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) before he was deemed fit to be taken to home. In fact, Jack also had severe bleeding in his brain, something that Faris has mentioned in her memoir’ Unqualified’. It was this very fact that had ticked off some of the fans who drew a comparison between the two children, further question Pratt in the comments section, whether or not there was a need to write ‘healthy daughter’ in his post.
