Video: Actor-Politician Balakrishna once again slaps a fan in Nandyal

FollowNoted Telugu actor and Hindupur TDP (Telugu Desam Party) MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna slapped a fan in public in Nandyal on Wednesday while attending a campaign meeting.
In the video that has gone viral, when Balakrishna arrived at a venue dozens of fans rushed towards him. In the tussle one fan tried to garland Balakrishna and take a selfie with him. An infuriated Balakrishna slapped the fan, stared at him and walked away amidst continuous chants of Jai Balayya.
This is not the first incident of Balakrishna’s unruly behaviour. This is a third incident in a span of few months. Earlier this year, during his visit to Tirumala temple he slapped a fan for trying to click a selfie with him.
Last month, on the sets of his new film with director KS Ravi Kumar, he was caught on camera slapping his assistant and instructing him to remove his shoes. The third incident was the one that happened on Wednesday night at Nandyal when another fan tried to garland him and get very close and was slapped for his affection.
Balakrishna is at Nandyal campaigning for the high-stakes by-election where his party TDP is in a neck-to-neck battle with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of YCP (Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party). Despite his unruly and angry behaviour, fans love Balakrishna and celebrate his films.
