Though Prabhu Deva started off as an actor and choreographer, recently he has donned the hat of a director but his love for dance hasn't abated. he can be seen judging on numerous dance reality shows on television. He has been doing films in Bollywood and Tollywood, and has even done one in Malayalam and Kannada as well. 


His dance style draws a lot of inspiration from King of Pop Michael Jackson and you can often find him dressed in the same manner Black and White. He has learned Indian dance forms such as Bharatanatyam as well as Western dance styles.


Prabhu Deva was born on 3 April 1973 in Mysore, Karnataka but has grown up in Alwarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His father is Mugur Sundar (also known as Sundaram Master), who is also a choreographer. His two brothers Raju Sundaram and Nagendra Prasad are also established South Indian choreographers.
