WATCH: Ben Stokes entertains Chennai crowd with headstand during 2nd Test against India

England is engaged in a challenging four-Test series for the Anthony de Mello Trophy, against India. While it leads the series 1-0 after winning the first Test in Chennai, it does not look the same for the second game at the same venue. Yet, Ben Stokes did something cheerful for the fans.

England did not have the best of time on Day 3 of the second Test against India for the Anthony de Mello Trophy, at the MA Chidambaram (Chepauk) Stadium in Chennai, on Monday. As of now, India is firmly in driver's seat and looks set to win the tie on Tuesday.

The Chennai fans were already entertained by Indian all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin's century. Nonetheless, despite an off day for the visitor, all-rounder Ben Stokes had all the energy on the field, as he came up with something unique and athletic to keep the Chennai fans engaged.

During the Indian innings, Stokes was seen performing a headstand. However, it was not a static one, as he displayed great athleticism and strength to even walk in the same posture.

For those who are new to this term, according to Wikipedia, the headstand is a pose that is an inversion posture of standing head down. The technique is used in various settings such as yoga, breakdancing, acrobatics and beginner gymnastics.

Following the same, crowds roared, cheered and appreciated Stokes for the same. As he regularly features in the Indian Premier League, the Englishman is famous in India, while he is currently associated with former champion Rajasthan Royals.
