According to the Russian Ministry of Emergencies, a Russian emergency team boarded a plane outside Moscow on March 29, heading to earthquake-hit Myanmar. The ministry said 120 emergency rescue specialists, including rescue dog teams, psychologists and anaesthesiologists, boarded the plane at Zhukovsky International Airport.
