On Friday, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) would be up against former champion Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Match 35 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. It would be a crucial match for both as a win for RCB would edge it closer to the playoffs, while CSK winning would virtually seal its place in the same.

Meanwhile, RCB skipper Virat Kohli has shared his new workout video ahead of the all-important clash, which is truly inspiring. In the video, he is seen performing a one-legged squat with a dumbbell in each hand, as he is supporting his left leg from behind while he gets down on his right knee.

In the same video, he is also performing a semi-standing sit-up, holding a weight bar to his chest. He captioned the video, "Rise & Grind. ✌️"

Kohli has been in the news of late following his decision to step down from the captaincy role. He would be quitting Team India's Twenty20 captaincy following the conclusion of the ICC World T20 2021 in November, while he would also quit RCB's captaincy at the end of the ongoing season.
