Goophone, a Chinese gadget manufacturing company, has manufactured devices that look identical to the iPhone. The copy is so close to the original device that if kept together, only tech experts can figure out which the real one is.
The company has cloned iPhones for years and sometimes the duplicate phone is released in the market much before Apple launches its original, said a Tech 2 report.
However, a duplicate is a duplicate and cannot be as good as the real iPhone.
EverythingApplePro, a reviewer of Apple devices, unboxed an iPhone SE clone manufactured by Goophone, which was bought for $50 (₹3378 approximately), and it turned out to be nothing more than a scam.
The design and iOS interface have been cloned, but the copy is nothing short of a disaster. The touch pad of the duplicate was quite terrible and the device has little to no storage capacity.
