Infamous Freedom 251 maker promises HD TV, Power Banks, more

Despite an unending series of flops on the delivery of the 'cheapest smartphone ' – Freedom 251, manufacturer Ringing Bells has now promised more even products.

Amid never-ending criticism for the Taiwan-based company, which is widely trolled for its Freedom 251 stunt, the company has now promised two new smartphones namely - Ringing Bells Elegance and Ringing Bells Elegant.

Both phones to feature a 5-inch display and 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, which would run on Android 6 Operating System. The devices will have 1GB of RAM with an internal memory of 8GB, which would be expandable up to 32GB. With an 8MP rear camera, the phones will have a 3.2MP front camera.

The only difference between both the phones seems to be that Ringing Bells Elegant will be a 4G phone and cost ₹4,999, whereas Ringing Bells Elegance will have 3G support at a cost of ₹3,999.

Ringing Bells, in a statement, earlier said that they were planning to launch the world’s cheapest smart TV at a price of ₹10,000.
