Indian Pokemon GO master reaches level 40, without playing!

In India, we can never forget the Hindi word 'jugad', which means an alternative way to get the job done. Something similar was done by this Poke-hunter from India to reach level 40 in the game.

As regular Pokemon Go players might know, it takes as many as 25,000 experience points (XP) just to climb from level 19 to level 20 (XP is a measure used in role-playing games. The higher the XP, the higher the level of the player).

Indian Pokemon GO master reaches level 40, without playing! For a game as young as Pokemon GO, reaching level 40 is still close to impossible, when considering the amount of XP required. However, an Indian -  whose player name is 'ra1ndr0pz',  has posted this 'impossible' achievement on Reddit with screenshots of the game as proof.

With the XP requirement increasing dramatically after level 20, players can hardly reach the next level, as the requirement count goes as high as 50,000 points. But, this Indian gamer has made it possible through 'jugad', a.k.a cheating.

'ra1ndr0pz' used various bots to achieve this near-impossible task and became the world’s first player to reach this pinnacle.

The player has not revealed the details of the bot he used to reach level 40. But, he has mentioned that it required five million XP and a total of 20 million XP to reach this level.

"I don’t play this game – I just wanted to see how far I can push with the given tools. And I learned so much out of this. I am going to write Niantic to delete my account. Please don’t ask me for data or to buy it," the player mentioned in a Reddit post.

Recently, a resident of New York, Nick Johnson claimed that he had reached level 31, which is now the second highest, and it took a 155-kilometre walk, approximately resulting in a 4.5-kg weight loss, according to an Indian Express report.
