Driving the Next Wave of Global Capability Centers
Over the past decade, Miamin Systems has emerged as a trusted partner for global enterprises looking to establish and scale high-impact technology, R&D, and shared-services centers in India and the Middle East. With more than 14+ GCCs built and operated, a workforce of 5,000+ professionals, and a strong footprint across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, the company has consistently delivered end-to-end GCC solutions—from strategy and setup to staffing, operations, and optimization.

“Global enterprises are rethinking how they build distributed teams, innovation hubs, and long-term delivery centers. Miamin Systems is uniquely positioned at the intersection of GCC building, staffing, and technology enablement, and this investment allows us to scale faster while staying deeply customer-centric.

Strong Financial Performance and Growth Outlook
Miamin Systems closed the financial year 2025–26 with a turnover of USD 18 million, driven by robust growth across its GCC services, staffing business, and Middle East operations. The company continues to see increasing demand from global enterprises looking to build scalable, cost-efficient, and innovation-driven GCCs in India and the Middle East.
Building on this momentum, Sanjay Manikandan stated that Miamin Systems is targeting USD 26 million in revenue in 2026, fueled by new enterprise wins, expansion of existing GCCs, deeper penetration in the Middle East, and increased adoption of its proprietary platform, Miamin GCC OS.
“We have built a strong, profitable foundation over the years,” said Sanjay Manikandan, CEO, Miamin Systems.
“Generating USD 18 million in turnover in FY 2025–26 reflects the trust our clients place in us. With the USD 8 million funding and our expansion plans in motion, we are confident of reaching USD 26 million in revenue in 2026, while maintaining operational discipline and long-term sustainability.
Accelerating Innovation with Miamin GCC OS
A significant portion of the USD 8 million investment will be allocated to scaling and enhancing Miamin GCC OS, the company’s flagship product platform.
Miamin GCC OS is a proprietary, enterprise-grade operating system designed to build, manage, and scale Global Capability Centers with speed, governance, and predictability. The platform integrates best practices across GCC strategy, talent acquisition, workforce management, compliance, performance tracking, and cost optimization.
Key capabilities of Miamin GCC OS include:
- End-to-end GCC lifecycle management
- Workforce planning and large-scale hiring orchestration
- Compliance, governance, and regional labor frameworks
- Operational dashboards for productivity, cost, and performance
- Scalability models for multi-location GCCs across India and the Middle East
“Most enterprises struggle not with setting up a GCC, but with operating it efficiently at scale,” said Manikandan. “Miamin GCC OS codifies everything we’ve learned from building over 20 GCCs. It gives clients a structured, technology-driven framework to move from concept to scale with confidence.
Strengthening Staffing and Workforce Solutions
In addition to GCC expansion, Miamin Systems will continue to scale its staffing and workforce solutions business, which spans permanent hiring, contract staffing, and contract-to-hire (C2H) models across India and the Middle East.
The company currently works with dozens of active enterprise clients, delivering 40 placements per month on average in the Middle East alone, while supporting large-scale hiring programs for GCCs and R&D centers in India.
The new funding will enable:
- Expansion of recruiter teams and talent-delivery capacity
- Investment in hiring automation and sourcing intelligence
- Faster turnaround for large-volume enterprise hiring
- Enhanced client success and account management capabilities
