The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and civil society groups are organising a series of online lectures aimed at infusing confidence and positivity among people as they fight back the Covid-19 pandemic.

The online lectures will be addressed by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Wipro Group founder Azim Premji, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev of Isha Foundation and Sri Sri Ravishankar of Art of Living Foundation and other spiritual leaders.

The online lectures, themed as the 'Positivity Unlimited' series, are being coordinated by the Covid Response Team -- an outfit formed by the RSS and its affiliates.

CRT convenor Lt Gen (retd) Gurmit Singh said, "This online talk series -- 'Positivity Unlimited' -- for over 30 minutes every day leading up to Akshay Tritiya, will cover responses on different aspects of life ranging from spirituality to mental health to enhancing physical strength."

"The idea behind 'Positivity Unlimited' talk series is to imbibe confidence in the society, set aside fear, hopelessness, helplessness and negativity, motivate people to brace up for a long haul with huge societal changes after Covid-19," Lt Gen (retd) Gurmit Singh added.

The lectures would be telecast live on the Facebook page of the Sangh's communication arm Vishwa Samwad Kendra and its YouTube page.

The CRT has been contributing towards the Coronavirus fightback. The CRT has set up nine isolation centres and a 500-bed facility equipped with medical oxygen. The CRT is operating seven oxygen vans to provide oxygen to people in Delhi, and it has also been providing food to the 28,000 Covid-infected families.
