We know that initially you worked as a salesperson at a sports club. How has that job shaped your business journey?
It has not only shaped but also defined the path which I have been following ever since. It was a brilliant experience that made me discover and recognize my selling prowess and acumen. After that, I partnered with David Michigan and founded the Hybrid Coaching Model.
The Hybrid Coaching Model has been very promising as an online business tool for coaches. Can you describe it in brief?
Basically, the Hybrid Coaching Model lets a coach work locally as well as globally. It provides sports teachers, coaches and entrepreneurs with an online platform where they can showcase and sell their skills, experience and equipment. While a coach continues working at his/her regional level, the Model ensures that he/she also gets exposure to an international market. This automatically means better revenue and better business.
How exactly are leads generated for the users?
Through expert sales techniques, online advertising tools and a Hybrid Customer Acquisition strategy, the Model directs regular leads and prospective customers to the coaches on the platform. I and David Michigan also assist these users and give them especially curated and personalized business guidance.
What are your future plans?
David Michigan and I are working on setting up various sports clubs in different areas of the world. We are also looking to launch a school that follows a Hybrid and blended form of learning and teaching.
