Veteran actor Sadashiv Brahmavar reunited with family, denies ill-treatment by children

FollowSadashiv Brahmavar. This name has been synonymous with characters with kindness among Sandalwood moviegoers. Such was Sadashiv Brahmavar's portrayal of characters in his over 140 movies. But when reports of him being allegedly thrown out of home splashed everywhere, Sadashiv clarified to Suvarna News that the reports were far from the truth.
Sadashiv was found roaming the streets without money as his children allegedly ill-treated him, said media reports. However, later it was reported that Sadashiv who suffers from memory loss had left to visit temples without informing his family members. He reportedly donated the money he was carrying to the temples. As a result, he did not have any money to go back, and that was how he was found in Hubballi bus stand.
Speaking to Suvarna News, Sadashiv told Suvarna News that he was happy with his children and the reports that he was being ill-treated were far from the truth. "I'm with my son in Bailhongal and am happy here. I am a great devout and spend my time visiting the temples. But these days, I tend to forget, blame it on my old age and this resulted in such a big issue. I'm thankful to those who came to my help, and my children take care of me very well," Sadashiv told Suvarna News.
Earlier, it was reported that Sadashiv was sitting in the corner of Hubballi bus stand. When people queried about him, he introduced himself much to the shock of people over there. Some of them donated money for him to have food and he eyes welled up when having food, reports Kannada Prabha quoting eye witnesses.
It is reported that Sadashiv has three sons and two of them are no more. While his other son lives in Bengaluru, he was living at his daughter's house. However, the actor alleged that his son-in-law "treated him like luggage". Depressed over this, he walked out of his daughter's home and reached his son's house in Bengaluru. But there too, his daughter-in-law allegedly threw his things out. Hurt Sadashiv left his son's home and was roaming. When the police sought his son's address to help him, he reportedly refused to share his identity.
Sadashiv has acted in over 140 movies along side of Dr Rajkumar, Vishnuvardhan, Ambareesh, Sudeep, Jaggesh and others.
