Divorce case: Court gives Sudeep – Priya last chance, couple to be together?

FollowKannada star actor and director Kiccha Sudeep and Priya Radhakrishnan had filed for a divorce in 2015 at a family court. But the couple has not attended nine hearings set by the court so far. When the couple was absent for the last hearing too scheduled on June 14. Now, the family court has warned the couple and said August 24 is their last chance to appear before the court.
Meanwhile, speculations are rife that the couple has got together and may continue to live together. Some months ago, during the release of the audio of the movie ‘Jigar Thanda’, the Sudeep was seen sharing the seat with daughter Saanvi and wife Priya.
However, the divorce was filed in the court by one of Sudeep’s sisters on the actor’s behalf in the family court. But the couple was never seen arguing or fighting with each other. In fact, on more than one occasion they were seen comfortable in each other’s company.
Sudeep’s lawyer has said that the actor is shooting for his movie ‘The Villain’ and is out of India. He also said that the couple would attend the next court hearing.
If Sudeep and Priya do not attend the court hearing on August 24, the legal body is bound to give its verdict on the case even without the persons involved in it, reported Fimibeat.
Sudeep got married to Priya Radhakrishnan in 2001. They have a daughter Saanvi born in 2004.
