BSP Chandigarh chief announces ₹50 lakhs for Dayashanker’s tongue

A day after Uttar Pradesh BJP vice president, Dayashankar Singh called Mayawati a prostitute, BSP Chandigarh unit head, Jannat Jahan has now announced a reward of ₹50 lakh to anyone who would get Dayashankar’s tongue.

Yesterday, Dayashankar Singh was removed from all party posts after he made an offensive remark about Mayawati, spurring criticism from all the parties. He said “If someone comes with Rs 2 crore, she gives him a ticket. If somebody gives her Rs 3 crore, she cancels the tickets of the previous candidate and chooses him. Today her character is worse than that of a prostitute."

Soon after his remark triggered outrage in political circles, he apologised and said "I can't even think about Mayawatiji in such a way. She has reached here after a lot of struggle."However, the party refused to accept his apology and BJP UP party chief Keshav Maurya announced that Dayashankar’s remark is not acceptable, and therefore they have removed him from all party posts.
