Twitter disputes are all too prevalent these days. People argue over ideas, occurrences, or even people, and they seldom agree with each other's points of view. However, in a rare occurrence, the corporate tycoons of two auto manufacturing behemoths appeared to agree on one point: vehicle manufacture is complex.
Elon Musk, CEO of the world's leading electric vehicle manufacturer, took to Twitter to share an excerpt from James Dyson's new book, Dyson's Failed Attempt at Making an Electric Car.
"Production is difficult. It is incredibly difficult to produce with a positive cash flow," Elon Musk stated while sharing the text.

Anand Mahindra, Chairman of the Mahindra Group, was quick to reply. In response to Elon Musk's tweet, Anand Mahindra stated that it had become a way of life for them after decades of 'sweating and slaving.' Still, that automobile manufacturing is difficult and producing with a positive cash flow is even more difficult.
Anand Mahindra went on to say that automakers were forging on despite various obstacles. "You said it, @elonmusk," he remarked on Twitter. "And we've been doing it for a long time. I'm still sweating and labouring on it. It's a way of life for us..."

People have liked and commented on Mahindra's tweet. Elon Musk, on the other hand, has yet to reply to Anand Mahindra's tweet.
Meanwhile, despite the ongoing COVID-19, Mahindra Group appears to be doing well this year compared to the previous. Mahindra & Mahindra recently announced a 17 per cent rise in domestic passenger car sales in August.
