Former Indian Army chiefs to present state of military affairs on September 16
In the conference former chiefs will discuss the Army and share their views on various issues.
New Delhi: Former Indian Army chiefs will be meeting in the national capital on September 16 to discuss the present state of military affairs.
The meeting will conclude on September 18.
In this conference, as per the source, former chiefs of Nepalese Army have also been invited since they are honorary Generals of Indian Army.
As per the source, Nepalese Army chief General Prabhu Ram Sharma was also invited but will not be able to attend due to his prior schedule.

It’s a biennial event and the previous conference was held in 2017.
Indian Army chief Gen MM Naravane will be participating in the conference.

Indian Army and Nepalese Army’s chiefs conferred the honorary rank of both the Armies as per the tradition.
