Former Congress leader Sanjay Jha, who was suspended for 'anti-party activities' but still claims to swear by its ethos, has a words of advice for the party. Jha, who often shares his thoughts about reforms that the Congress party should undertake, has now come up with his list of qualities that the Congress president must have. 2) Growth model: inclusive but pro-reforms, not anti-industry or poor
