Incorporate at least 20-30 minutes of cardio. This could be swimming, cycling or even the treadmill. Not only will you be physically fit, but also mentally fit, too.
Stay away from junk:
The easiest thing to do when stressed is to reach for a bag of chips. But be mindful of what you eat. Opt for healthier alternatives.
