Start your day with warm water: There’s nothing better than a glass of lukewarm water. Almost 75 percent of our body is made of water and electrolytes. In fact, the best way to begin your day is with a glass of water. It helps in flushing out toxins and improves digestion.
Lemon water: After half an hour of drinking warm water, drink a glass of lemon water, this will help in burning fats and removing toxins from the system. Just squeeze half a lemon in some warm water, this will also help in burning the fat deposition in the body. If you don’t like the taste and feel nauseated, you can add a teaspoon of honey as per your taste preference.
Homemade weight loss tea: Why buy a weight loss herbal tea, when you can make one at home. Take one litre water and add 1 teaspoon of each: cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and coriander seeds. Once the blend is boiled properly, cool it down to room temperature and drink it through the day to lose weight effectively.
Nutrient rich breakfast: As they say breakfast like a king and dinner like a pauper, make sure you breakfast makes for most of your nutrient needs of the day. Early dinner: Eat early dinner this will help in better digestion and absorption of nutrients that you eat. You can prepare a light meal with two rotis and a healthy portion of sabzi and dal. You can add your own twist of taste to your meals and eat on time and stay healthy.
