When Satish Kaushik offered to marry Neena Gupta while she was pregnant with Masaba Gupta

In her autobiography Sach Kahun Toh, Neena Gupta revealed that her good friend Satish Kaushik offered to marry her when she was pregnant with Masaba Gupta.

Neena Gupta faced hardships and struggles while raising Masaba Gupta as a single mother. Neena has been vocal about her past and revealed that it was never easy for her to raise Msaba alone, yet she never asked for money or support.

Neena Gupta got pregnant with Masaba Gupta while she was in a relationship with cricketer Vivian Richards. In her autobiography Sach Kahun Toh, Neena revealed that her good friend Satish Gupta offered to marry her when she was pregnant.

Satish told Neena, "Don't worry, if the child is born with dark skin, you can just say it's mine, and we'll get married. Nobody will suspect a thing."

Neena was often called out for having a child out of wedlock. Richards did not leave his family for Neena, and she raised Masaba as a single mother. Now Masaba is a successful designer, and Neena's career breathed new life in 2018 after she got deserving roles.

Masaba and Neena also starred together as mother-daughter in Netflix originals Masaba Masaba, the second season of the show is in the process.
