When Nora Fatehi was waitress; actress talks about difficult times, shares cultural mentality in her country

Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi is one of the popular and stylish diva in the industry. She came into the limelight post her superhit dance number Dilbar in the 2018 film Satyamev Jayate. Now she is one of the best dancers in Bollywood.
Since then, Nora Fatehi has come a long way since making her Bollywood, and now she had gained huge popularity when she starred in several dance numbers. Nora shared that back in the country, people love thick and curvy women. She also spoke about the cultural mentality back in her homeland, where being skinny is not liked. The Canadian-born actress started working as a waitress when she was 16 and continued to hustle until 18. The Moroccan beauty also spoke about the challenges of the profession as a waitress. She said it was very difficult; one has to have communication skills, personality, fast, also a good memory. She sometimes said customers could be mean, so one needs to be able to handle it.
Nora was born and brought up in a Moroccan household living in Canada, later she moved to Saudi Arabia before coming to India and entering Bollywood.
In an interview, Nora said, "I did learn how to read and write Arabic when I was younger...in Canada, like on Sunday schools. But then, when I was a teenager, I moved to Saudi Arabia for two years, and people there didn't understand our language 'Darija', so I had to learn their language Arabic which was really hard for me at that time, but I learnt it." Nora Fatehi was last seen in Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt's Bhuj: The Pride Of India, which premiered on Disney+Hotstar. She is all set to shake a leg to her next item song for John Abraham, Divya Khosla Kumar's film Satyameva Jayate 2.
