Alia Bhatt loves to organise her diet plan with the help of fridge magnets. She loves the food magnets around her fridge with the name of the food she wants to eat on that day. So one thing that Alia Bhatt loves the most is beetroot salad. The actress shared that she would eat beetroot salad all the time when she was shooting for Dear Zindagi in Goa as it was very hot. 

She gave her fans a step by step guide on how to make the salad with her chef. She revealed that she never eats yoghurt without adding tadka on top. The actress loves to eat beetroot salad regularly, which does wonders for her skin and overall health.

She also revealed that she loves to have dudhi ka halwa and chia seed pudding. Alia Bhatt also told in the same video that her favourite thing to eat is ghar ka khana. On the work front, the actress will be seen in Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor.
