Parineeti Chopra once spoke about her break-up and how she dealt with her heartbreak.

Parineeti Chopra is currently riding the success boat with back to back three films hitting the right note. The actress is known for her bubbly attitude and candid nature. She is also very media-friendly and knows how to answer questions gracefully.

Once in 2019, while she was promoting her movie Jabariya Jodi with Sidharth Malhotra, Parineeti spoke about her heartbreak and how she managed to get over it.

In a conversation with Pinkvilla, the actress spoke about her hardships and difficulty getting through a broken heart. Sharing her experience, Chopra said that she had only one heartbreak in her life, and it's the only one. She was a mess, and it was the worst time of her life.

Chopra further said that she learnt a lot from that dark phase. She had her friends and family who helped her get through it. She also stated that her heartbreak has shaped her as a person.
