Sidharth Shukla to Swami Om to Pratyusha Banerjee: 4 Bigg Boss contestants who died suddenly

Sidharth Shukla and Pratyusha Banerjee both were part of Bigg Boss show and also in popular TV serial Balika Vadhu and now they are no more; take a look at the list of people who were part of Bigg Boss and now passed away

Last week, the whole nation was shocked and numb after the news of Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla's death was out. Friday, we saw TV stars running to the crematorium just to get a glimpse of their friend and colleague for the last time and say goodbye. 

Shehnaaz Gill looked inconsolable and was heartbroken as she arrives at Oshiwara crematorium with her brother. She is completely devastated, has gone pale and had red/ swollen eyes that indicated she cried a lot.

Like Sidharth Shukla, another television star and Bigg Boss contestant Pratyusha Banerjee died suddenly that shocked the entire entertainment industry and her fans. So, today let us look back to people who passed away and were part of India's biggest reality show Bigg Boss.

Sidharth Shukla won Bigg Boss 13 and made a good fan following on social media. His fans used to call themself SidHearts. His camaraderie with co-contested Shehnaaz Gill was loved by many and became the USP of the show. Their fans used to call them SidNaaz, and post his death, their fans were pouring condolences messages and mourned the actor's demise. Sidharth was just 40 when he had a heart attack and passed away.

Pratyusha Banerjee will be well-known for her role in the television series Balika Vadhu and also for her part in Bigg Boss 7. Sidharth Shukla and Pratyusha Banerjee had an amazing bonding but acted in the same show Balika Vadhu for a long time. However, her frame/life was cut short. When she was just 24 she allegedly committed suicide at her Mumbai home on April 1, 2016.

The spiritual leader Swami Om took part in Bigg Boss 10. He was known for a very controversial stint in the house. During one of the tasks in the BB house, Swami Om was seen splashing his pee on fellow contestants Bani J and Rohan Mehra. Post that, contestants complained to Bigg Boss against Swami Om, and the makers sent him home. We have seen many a time fighting with the host Salman Khan too. Swami Om passed away this year due to a massive heart attack on February 3.

Jade Goody was part of Bigg Boss 2, which Shilpa Shetty hosted. Jade did Big Brother with Shilpa too. But she had to leave the show soon owing to health issues. Jade Goody was diagnosed with cervical cancer, and she passed away in 2009; she was just 27.
