Samantha Akkineni has recently said that she is 'scared' of Bollywood talents, and if given a chance, she would like to pair opposite Ranbir Kapoor in a Hindi film.

The trailer got a fantastic response from fans, critics and celebs but down south on social media, Samantha got brutally trolled. Sam was criticised for playing the part of an extremist from Tamil roots. The hashtag ‘Family Man 2 Against Tamilians’ also went viral on social media.</p>

<p>In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Samantha was quizzed on her Bollywood debut to which she said she's 'scared'. The actress was asked why it took her so long to sign a Bollywood movie. To which she said, “Because maybe I am scared? (laughs) The talent here is amazing. I am scared”.</p>

<p>Samantha has a couple of big South projects like sharing the screen space with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in Vignesh Shivan's Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal. The actress has also started shooting for Shaakuntalam, a mythological drama film written and directed by Gunasekhar.</p>
