Rashmika Mandanna, Vijay Deverakonda's love story turns 2: Here's what the actress said

Bollywood actress Rashmika Mandanna on 2 Years Of Dear Comrade: We gave it our everything!

Rashmika Mandanna, who played the character of Lilly in the Tollywood film, Dear Comrade, took to social media to celebrate the movie on its second anniversary. 

Dear Comrade is a gamechanger for Rashmika, as it accompanied her to become the "Next Big Thing in Bollywood". The movie also features Vijay Deverakonda in the lead. Vijay Devarakonda and Rashmika Mandanna acted in another Telugu movie named Geetha Govindam.

Post-Dear Comrade Vijay has become a pan-India star and will be next seen in Liger with Ananya Panday. The film is a joint Hindi-Telugu production between Karan Johar, Charmme Kaur and Puri Jagannadh. Liger is shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu and is slated to release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu in theatres across India.

Coming back to Dear Comrade's second anniversary, Rashmika Mandanna shared a video of all the hard work she put in for her character Lilly, and shared in the caption, "We gave it our everything! ❤️ #2YearsOfDearComrade"

'Dear Comrade's Hindi dub crossed 250 Million views on YouTube, which led Rashmika to be known as the 'National Crush', and built her fanbase in North India as well. 

<p>Although both of them have denied the rumours from time to time, a few months ago, during an interview with Hyderabad Times, when Deverakonda was asked about him finding the love of his life, the actor revealed if he is in a relationship, he will prefer to keep it a secret and would share it with his family and friends only.</p>

Rashmika is all set to debut in Bollywood, with 'Mission Majnu'. She also has Vikas Bahl directorial 'Goodbye' opposite Amitabh Bachchan and Pan-India film, 'Pushpa' in the pipeline.
