Kareena Kapoor's sons Taimur, Jeh Ali Khan, won't get anything from Saif Ali Khan's Rs 5000-crore property

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, also 10th Nawab of Pataudi, will not hand down a penny of this Rs 5000 crore property and assets in Haryana or Bhopal to his children. Because on account of a government clause and complex will to boot. 

Yes, we know Saif is from one of the wealthiest families in India and is from royal lineage, and his joined assets, including the Pataudi Palace in Haryana and his other ancestral property in Bhopal, is worth around a whopping Rs. 5000 crore. It is reported that all of the properties and his other important assets of the House of Pataudi, fall under the controversial Enemy Disputes Act of the India Government. Hence, nobody can claim to be an heir of any such property, assets that come under the act's purview. 

And id a person or family wish to contend the Enemy Disputes Act and lay claim to any property or assets they feel is rightfully theirs. Reports also suggest that Saif Ali Khan's great-grandfather, Hamidullah Khan, the Nawab under the British regime, never made a will to all his assets and properties. There could be some contention within the family, particularly from member members descending from Saif's grand aunt in Pakistan. 

Looking at the above matter, into can be said that Saif Ali Khan will not be able to passes down his property and assets to either Amrita Singh or Kareena Kapoor's children.
