Tamannaah is reportedly battling a health issue; reports suggest she has started avoiding fried food; read what the actress has to say

Baahubali actress Tamannaah Bhatia is one of the famous actresses in the Telugu film industry. Tamannaah was recently seen in Seetimaarr with Gopichand and is currently busy with a web series with Riteish Deshmukh called Plan A Plan B. 

Tamannaah recently opened about her health problem, which she said can not be discussed publicly. But yes, she gave some details about it like due to over workouts, handling stress, she has now developed a health problem.

She mentioned that she has a good food habit and have switched to organic food. In the interview with Greatandhra.com, she also said that she maintained a workout routine to overcome the health issue.

Tamannaah also said that she had stopped the consumption of fried food. The actress felt she should have opted for a liquid diet at the beginning of her career, like turmeric, amla juice, keera juice, almond milk, coconut water, etc. Also, the juice is made from a fruit called Noni or Thogari.

Tamannaah has a good fan following on social media, where she is sharing her photoshoots, and recently launched a book on Indian wellness, Back to the Roots.

Tamannaah co-authored the book alongside celebrity lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho. Last year, the actress had been tested positive for Covid 19. Tamannaah recently started working on F3 with Venkatesh Daggubati, Varun Tej and Mehreen Pirzaada.
