Since Sunday, there has been a rumour of Harry Potter fame Emma Watson's retirement from acting once and for all. But is this true?
FollowA leading Hollywood news portal Daily Mail allegedly stated that Emma Watson is going to retire from her acting career and that the actor has gone dormant and will be taking a step back from the spotlight.
They even quoted a source who mentioned, "Emma has gone underground, she is settling down with Leo. They're laying low. Maybe she wants a family."
Since the news broke out, her fans and followers are going crazy. They took Twitter by storm and paid their tributes to one of the most versatile actresses of Hollywood. They even requested the actress not to quit so soon. One of the users wrote, "everyone say thank you emma watson for gracing us with the legend that is hermione granger". While another user captioned, "emma watson is retiring. we didn't appreciate her career enough" with a heartbreak emoji.
When the news got so viral, Emma's manager Jason Weinberg came upfront on Thursday and said, "Emma's social media accounts are dormant but her career isn't." So, no worries, she might be taking a break but not full retirement.
Over the years, Emma Watson has given many hits, but she will be everyone's Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series, as she gave life to that character. She was last seen in 'Little Women', which released in 2019.
