Did you know Armaan Kohli was once arrested for 'assaulting' Sofia Hayat on Bigg Boss show? (Deeds inside)

In 2013, Bigg Boss 7 contestant Sofia Hayat filed a complaint against Armaan Kohli for allegedly assaulting her during their stay at the Bigg Boss 7 house.

Today, Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli got arrested after being questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). This morning (August 29), he was arrested after drugs were allegedly recovered from his Mumbai house, said an NCB official.

This is not the first time Armaan Kohli is gone into trouble and got arrested. A few years ago, in 2013, former Bigg Boss 7 Sofia Hayat filed a complaint against Kohli for allegedly assaulting her during their stay at Bigg Boss. Kohli was also charged with sexual harassment.

According to the reports, the Santacruz Police had booked Kohli under sections 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means), 504 (intentional insult to provoke breach of peace) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to outrage the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.

Besides that, Armaan Kohli is reportedly known for his short-tempered nature and was again in the news in 2018 for assaulting his girlfriend and live-in partner, Neeru Randhawa. 

Neeru is a fashion stylist, and in 2018 had registered a complaint at the Santa Cruz police station against Armaan Kohli for allegedly physically assaulting her.

During Armaan's stay in Bigg Boss House in 2013, he became very close to Kajol’s sister Tanisha Mukherjee. In 2018, Armaan was seen in Sooraj Barjatya’ and Salman Khan's film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
