As per IBM, the employee would be responsible for designing applications, creating programmes, testing, debugging, and maintaining Software Applications across multiple platforms and technologies. The firm claimed that it is searching for people with the skill mentioned above sets as well as programming skills in Java, Python, Node.js, and Software Development Life Cycle Concepts.

The job would require specific attention and the ability to define, analyse, and assess technical architecture on required platforms and develop architectural choices and suggestions. According to the firm, the candidate should also be able to demonstrate a solid grasp of enterprise challenges linked to IT architecture. They should also be able to assist Technical Consultants and Leads in the development of solutions as well as provide technical mentorship and advice.

According to the firm, this was an entry-level on-campus employment role. As a result, candidates must be in their final year of study and have completed their degree before beginning their job term with the firm. The ideal student applicant has a 6.0 CGPA and has studied BE, MTech, MSc, MCA in CS/ IT/ Mathematics or other Semi IT/ circuit disciplines. IBM said that all topics would be considered when evaluating the candidate for the position, including elective or optional subjects.

In terms of the income or pay range that a newbie at IBM might anticipate, the average was projected to be about Rs 3.7 lakh for less than 1 to 21 years of industry experience. As a result, according to several websites, the starting wage for a newcomer may range between Rs 2.2 lakh and Rs 7.3 lakh. According to estimates, the salary for an Associate Systems Engineer may be approximately Rs 4.25 lakh per year.
