Saikumar was highly praised for his role as the villain in RangiTaranga, the most successful Kannada film of recent times. But interestingly, his brother Ravishankar, who is a busy villain in Sandalwood, has been cast in the negative role in Rajaratha, the latest project by the RangiTaranga team.
Bhandari brothers Anoop and Niroop have not shared any details with regards to Saikumar' s absence. But Saikumar himself apparently still feels a good role is waiting for him in Rajaratha.
Speaking to the media, Saikumar said, “Anoop asked my opinion about casting my brother Ravishankar in his next flick, and I said it is a good thing.” Further, he also said, “I also might have a role in the movie, let’s see what happens.”
“My brother Ravi is so busy that many approach me because they can’t get him to act in their movies due to call sheet problems. But I have done enough of police roles, and I want to try out different characters,” said Saikumar.
Will RangiTaranga team have a unique role for Saikumar? Only time can tell.
