Kumkum Bhagya actress Pooja Banerjee pregnant, wants a daughter for this reason

Kumkum Bhagya actress Pooja Banerjee and her husband Sandeep Sejwal are on cloud nine, as they will become parents soon. In an interview with ETimes publication, the actress revealed that she was on the sets of her serial Kumkum Bhagya when she came to know that she was pregnant. She also said that she had a feeling that something was not correct. A day before leaving for the shoot, she had gone for a blood test. At 4 pm,  she had got the report saying that she was pregnant. She also said that she had asked her husband Sandeep to pick her up from the shoot that day as she did not want to break the news over a phone call.

The actress further said that he had done a happy dance when he had got to know about the news. She wants to have a daughter as she wants to dress her and make her wear nice swimming costumes.

Pooja also revealed that Sandeep wanted her to become a mother in 2020, but plans were on hold post she met with an accident on the sets of Nach Baliye in 2019. She also added that when the second lockdown was implemented she had realised that she did not want to delay in becoming a parent. Also read: 

When asked on if she would be on a break from work, the actress said that she would like to go with the flow. Initially, she had fatigue and morning sickness, so she had requested the makers to release her, as she was planning to leave the show in a few months. She could have been replaced but she was told that she was needed on the show. Well, we wish the pair all the best for the new chapter of their life.
