The movie was made with a humongous budget of nearly Rs 80 crore, and was released in five languages which hit 1800 screens in theatres across the globe. KGF seems to be raking in the moolah in the Indian and International market as well.

According to the latest reports, the film has crossed $300,000 (Rs 2.10 crore) in the US. It is said that KGF is the fastest Kannada film to cross $300,000-mark in the US market.

KGF, which was primarily shot in Kannada, released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala tweeted the figures on Tuesday, December 25. Zero has become the sixth Bollywood film of the year to cross the coveted Rs 100 crore mark this year, Sanju, Padmaavat, Thugs of Hindostan, Baaghi 2 and Race 3.

On the other hand, according to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the most expensive film of SRK’s career Zero has found an unlikely challenger in the Kannada film, KGF.

He wrote, #KGF continues to trend very, very well... Mon is higher than Fri and similar to Sat... #Christmas holiday today should boost its biz further... Fri 2.10 cr, Sat 3 cr, Sun 4.10 cr, Mon 2.90 cr. Total: ₹ 12.10 cr. India biz. Note: HINDI version. (sic)"

MyNation gave the movie a 4.5 star rating and said that the movie is surely a gold mine and you must not to miss it.

KGF received positive reviews everywhere. Film tracker Ramesh Bala stated that the theatre count for the film is increasing in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
