FollowThe Enforcement Directorate will question Jacqueline Fernandez once again for the Rs 200 crore cheating case on September 25. The actress was previously questioned for the alleged case involving cheating of Rs 200 crore, involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekar.
Now Jacqueline Fernandez will appear in front of the Enforcement Directorate for the second time in the same case. According to reports, Jacqueline Fernandez fell on the radar through Sukesh's wife, Leena Paul. On August 24, The probe agency revealed that they had seized a sea-facing bungalow in Chennai, Rs 82.5 lakh cash, over a dozen of luxurious cars in connection with the money laundering case against Sukesh.
The case is reportedly based on an FIR of the Delhi Police's economic offences wing against him and other people who are allegedly involved in this criminal conspiracy, cheating and extortion of Rs 200 crore. Earlier in a statement released by Enforcement Directorate, the prove agency stated that Sukesh Chandrasekar is the mastermind of this fraud case. Sukesh has been a part of the criminal world ever since he was 17. Based on the evidence collected by the ED, the probe agency has summoned Jacqueline Fernandez for the second time. Last month during the investigation, the actress was questioned for 5 hours. According to sources, Sukesh Chandrasekar was regularly in touch with the actor through calls while he was in jail.
