One of the top players on the Indian cricket team is Shikhar Dhawan. For India, Dhawan was the top run-scorer. He also made history by being the first IPL player ever to hit two consecutive centuries.

For his achievements at the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy, he received the "Player of the Tournament" title. With the upcoming movie "Double XL," Shikhar Dhawan hopes to make his spectacular Bollywood debut after proving his mettle as a trailblazing cricket player.

Double XL, directed by Satramm Ramani and starring Zaheer Iqbal and Mahat Raghavendra, tries to dispel body image myths. Shikhar Dhawan claims that after hearing the narrative, he intuitively agreed to have a special cameo in the movie.

Dhawan admitted to Pinkvilla in an interview that he couldn't pass up the chance to spread such an important message to society. "Life is usually really chaotic as an athlete competing for the country," he said.

Watching enjoyable movies is one of my favourite pleasures. When this chance presented itself and I heard the tale, it had a profound effect on me. This is a beautiful message for society as a whole, and I sincerely hope that many young ladies and boys will never give up on their aspirations.

A "crazy adventure that extends over New Delhi, Meerut, and Mumbai" is what the movie will be about. In Double XL, Rajshree Trivedi (Qureshi) of Meerut and Saira Khanna (Sinha) of New Delhi are two plus-size women who traverse society's beauty standards.
