Malayalam actress Amala Paul is currently one of the hottest property of South India film industry. The actress keeps shuttling between shooting spots of films in Tamil and Malayalam. She has many projects in her kitty and is one of the highest earning actresses from South.
She has recently completed shooting for 'Velai Illa Pattadhari 2 with Dhanush, and she is currently shooting for Minimini with Vishnu Vishal and Bhaskar Oru Rascal with Tamil star Arvind Swamy.
Amala came back to full-fledged acting since last year post her divorce with her director husband, Vijay. Amala and Vijay fell in love and married in June 2015, and now they are officially divorced. But this didn't stop her in achieving her dreams she also has debuted in Kannada film with Sudeep in Hebbuli.
She keeps her fans updated with her life and daily activities through her Instagram posts. Amala is a very bold and straight forward during her interviews and public discourse. In a recent interview, she quipped she was disappointed that she could not see the 'Suchileaks' video of her.
Now in another interview, the bubbly actress has replied in affirmative to a question on re-marriage. "Am I going to become a saint and go to the Himalayas. I will definitely marry someone and it will be a love marriage. When it happens I will let you all know about it."
Last month, the actress enjoyed her holiday at the Great Himalayan National Park with her best friend and had also posted some interesting stories from her vacations.
Recently, Amala was targeted over her dress. She found herself facing criticism from her fans and followers for wearing a see-through black top and printed shorts.
On the work front, other than VIP 2 which is set to release on July 28. She is also a part of Tamil films Minmini, Thiruttu Payale 2 and Bhaskar Or Rascal. The actor is also to expect to be seen in the remake of Kangana Ranaut’s Queen, which was earlier to be done by Tamannaah.
