The cricketers this year were stranded at their respective homes for a while. The prevailing COVID-19 pandemic had forced the globe into a lockdown. Nonetheless, it gave them a much-needed break from the hectic cricketing schedule, as they got to spend more time with families.

The year 2020 has been no less than pain for most of the global citizens, including the athletes. Various sports, including cricket, came to a standstill owing to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic.

As for cricketers, just like every other athlete, they too had to undergo through the lockdown phase. Naturally, it meant spending more time with families, as some of these cricketers had a good time, while we take a look at the ones who had the best 2020, despite lockdown.

Jasprit Bumrah: The prime Indian pacer would have wished to play more, to get the rhythm back of playing the sport. However, being at home during the lockdown compelled him to help his mother, as he was happy to oblige. He washed plates and even wiped his home, but with his slippers on. Eh!

Ravindra Jadeja: The all-rounder from Saurashtra is known to live a king/royal life. Furthermore, the lockdown made his life even royal at home, as he was seen riding his horse at his firm in real Rajput-style life.

Shikhar Dhawan: The self-proclaimed Gabbar of Indian cricket, too, had a great time during the lockdown. Not that he wanted to, but he was involved in regular home activities, that included washing clothes. Besides, his wife even applied make-up while on a call.

Cheteshwar Pujara: The prolific Test batsman for India, spent some memorable time with his family, as he helped his wife in daily deeds. Besides, he also participated in his daughter's extra-curricular activities.

Virat Kohli: The Indian skipper, too, lead the best of life, as he was seen getting a haircut from his Bollywood wife, Anushka Sharma, besides spending time with their dog and playing cricket at the roof-top balcony of their posh Mumbai home. It was during this phase that they also announced the soon-to-arrive third member in their family.
