Udupi, Karnataka: Kapu Beach, between Udupi and Mangalore, is famous for its lighthouse and Mariamma temples. The beach on the shore of the Arabian Sea is a favourite hangout place for students and surfers. The town of Murdeshwar is surrounded by the waters of the Arabian Sea from three sides and offers one of the best surfing experiences in Karnataka.
