Amla juice is considered to be an effective home remedy to manage diabetes, cholesterol levels, weight loss and is used to treat cold and cough. The health beverage is quite easy-to-prepare. You just have to blend the chopped amla with water. Filter and discard the pulp. If you happen to have amla powder, you just have to mix the powder with water and you are good to go.
