Afghan conflict: Heart wrenching viral video shows panic, desperation among people to leave country

As the Taliban gained control and President Ashraf Ghani fled the country, a heart wrenching video of the sorry state of affairs and the chaos among the Afghans is going viral.

One can witness the panic and desperation among the people to leave the country. This is one of the saddest moments and gut wrenching, dire helpless situation in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, the US troops fired shots into the air at Kabul airport on Monday, as 1,000 more troops were deployed in the capital. 

Several reports state that US flights carrying diplomatic staff out of the country are being prioritised, which in turn caused more anger and led to more chaos and confusion.

Also, Air India has rescheduled its flight for Kabul from morning to afternoon while two aircraft are on standby for emergency evacuation amidst the ongoing turmoil in Afghanistan.

"Air India flight has been rescheduled for Kabul from 8:30 am to 12:30 due to prevailing situation in Kabul," an Air India official was quoted as saying by ANI.

The airlines has prepared a set crew for emergency operations from Kabul to New Delhi, news agency ANI reported quoting government sources.
