Pataudi Trophy 2021: Friends reserve seat for deceased friend who never missed match at Trent Bridge in 40 yrs

Over generations, if there is one sport that is loved across the board is, it is none other than Cricket. Many fans have gone down in the history of the sport for their unconditional and unmatchable craze. 
Recently, the story of one such came into the limelight during the first Test match between India and England. As a group of friends watched the match at Trent Bridge, a seat was kept empty. 
Later, one Twitter user cleared the mystery around the empty chair. The user said that a man named John Clarke did not miss any match at the venue in the last 40 years. However, he recently passed away. So to remember him and his love for Cricket, his friends bought the ticket to reserve a ticket for him.

Similarly, in the 2019 World Cup, a heart-warming story grabbed headlines during India and Bangladesh match. Charulata Patel, one of India's oldest superfans, stole the limelight as the fan came in a wheelchair and blessed the squad. Last year, in January, she breathed her last, but her love for the sport became immortal.
