September 19 was forever associated with Yuvraj Singh nine years ago when the Indian all-rounder created history at Durban.

6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6.

(Stuart Broad, do you still detest the digit S.I.X? Maybe?)

A monstrous Yuvraj Singh hammered a 21-year-old Broad for six consecutive maximums.

He was the second cricketer after South Africa's Herschelle Gibbs to do so in international cricket and overall fourth. The likes of Ravi Shastri and legendary Gary Sobers did smash a perfect six - sixes in an over in First-Class matches.

It was the inaugural edition of the World T20 in South Africa. India took on England in a group E game at Durban.

India won the toss and India's then new skipper MS Dhoni opted to bat first. The Indian openers Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag gave India a flying start but fell to Darren Maddy and Chris Tremlett respectively.

The English side had the game in control when India lost the third wicket with three overs to go, and they had 155 runs on the board. Tremlett dismissed Robin Uthappa in the 17th over and little did he know what the next Indian batsman had in store for them.

Yuvraj had the skipper Dhoni on the other end, who witnessed the sheer brilliance from the all-rounder that left Broad clueless, miserable and torn apart to bits.

"The first six was the longest of the all that landed on the ground; the second six was at the square; third one was long-off; fourth was over point; fifth was a mishit over midwicket and sixth was to long-on," Yuvraj, after the eventful match, remembered exactly where he had smashed the balls.
