In a focused and heartfelt initiative, global philanthropist Papi Di Nuzzo and Yuva Unstoppable, have extended financial support to 20 final-year female students. Papi DiNuzzo (also known as P. J. DiNuzzo) is a mindset coach, motivational speaker, bestselling author, and wealth advisor. He is the founder of Papi Mindset Coach and DiNuzzo Private Wealth, Inc., a financial firm that manages assets. On the other hand, Amitabh Shah is the founder of Yuva Unstoppable, a leading NGO of India. Amitabh, declined an offer from JP Morgan and left Wall Street, post his Master’s from Yale University, USA; to work on the real streets of India. He, along with many like minded individuals and volunteers, built Yuva Unstoppable. They both understood that sometimes, the last mile is the hardest, and this effort is all about making sure these students cross it with confidence.

There are 20 beneficiaries, out of which, 18 are from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, while 2 students come from other colleges. The students, who often come from financially and socially stressed backgrounds, were awarded direct, no-frills support, designed to ease the real pressures of final year college life. The idea behind it was that from managing academic projects and research expenses to preparing for placements and handling day-to-day costs, this contribution facilitates students to focus on what truly matters: stepping into their future.

At Yuva Unstoppable, the belief is clear, talent should never be held back by circumstance. Most students struggle right out of college to find their professional footing and that becomes doubly taxing for women from financially constrained backgrounds. It’s a phase filled with opportunity, but also pressure. That’s exactly where this intervention steps in, facilitating a smoother transition into professional life.

Beyond financial assistance, this initiative also invests in mindset. Papi Di Nuzzo personally leads live sessions for the students on confidence, self-belief, and manifestation, opening up a course he typically teaches worldwide to them at no cost. Running alongside the scholarship, these sessions are designed to meet students where the pressure is often felt most: not just in their finances, but in their sense of what is possible for them. For Amitabh Shah and Papi Di Nuzzo, this is what makes the partnership distinct: support that builds both a safety net and the self-belief needed to use it well.

The initiative is not about funding but a belief that systemic bridging of gaps is the most probable way for a healthy and sustainable future. Akshita, a final year Indian Institute of Delhi student attests to it so: “Receiving the Yuva Scholarship was like having a constant reminder that someone believed in my potential. There were times when finances were still tight, but the scholarship reduced my burden and gave me space to focus on my goals. Alongside this, manifestation classes played an equally important role, they helped me stay positive, focused, and determined even during difficult phases. This combination of external support and internal growth truly transformed my college experience into a journey of resilience and hope.” -Akshita Lakshmi , IIT Delhi - Final year student.

Amitabh Shah, the founder of YUVA Unstoppable, strongly believes in this understanding and both him and Papi Di Nuzzo found common grounds there. They are both very invested in resolving real and practical hurdles for the future generations and that gave birth to this partnership of supporting students at the cusp of graduation which can possibly have lifelong impact. The results are already visible!

Ten of the twenty scholars have secured placements at leading corporations including Yes Bank, Revolut, Sedemac, and Accenture. Among them, Sakshi, who comes from a small town in Maharashtra, has landed the remarkable package, securing a position as an AI and Decision Science Analyst at Accenture with an annual package of ₹21.7 lakh. For families that have spent years stretching every rupee toward their daughters' education, outcomes like this do more than mark individual success: they mark a shift out of financial precarity, and the beginning of a new trajectory for the entire household. It is precisely this multiplier effect, one scholarship lifting an entire family's prospects, that Amitabh Shah and Papi Di Nuzzo point to when they speak of why this partnership matters.

Amitabh Shah noted, "India has no shortage of talent, but many young women still lack the right safety net at the right time. The students we are supporting have fought incredibly hard to get to places like IIT Delhi. Money should be the last thing they worry about when they are trying to shape their careers. Partnering with Pappi has been wonderful because he brings this incredible global energy and deep empathy. Together, we are just trying to give these girls the confidence cushion they deserve to fly."

The collaboration with Papi Di Nuzzo adds a powerful global dimension to this effort, bringing together shared values of education, equity, and empowerment. In their view, whether it’s a student from IIT Delhi or another college, the idea remains the same: if the potential is there, the support should be too. Papi say so in his own words:

“Namaste. The Spirit in me greets the Spirit in you. Through The Papi MindsetCoach Scholarship Program, we are proud to sponsor and support 20 young women at the YUVA Unstoppable School in India in pursuing their education, dreams, and confidence. This scholarship is dedicated to reminding my fellow wonderful sisters that they are very, very special and that they have the power within them to create a beautiful life from the inside out. I teach them that when they are surrounded by belief, love, and opportunity, they can build their confidence and begin Manifesting the Law of Attraction to create their Best-Life. I believe that when a young woman is given the opportunity to learn and grow, she not only transforms her own future but also strengthens her family and community. I AM very honoured to stand beside these remarkable young women as they take the next step in their amazing lives and Manifesting Journey. Love and blessings to all.”

The intent is beyond just funding but about confidence restored, stress reduced, possibilities expanded! As these young women prepare to graduate and step into the professional world, they do so knowing that someone believed in them at the right time.
