Kerala man wins Rs 13-crore lottery in Abu Dhabi Big Ticket Draw

A 33-year-old Kerala native won a lottery of around Rs 13-crore.
According to Khaleej Times, Sreeraj Krishnan Kopparembil, who works as shipping coordinator won the Abu Dhabi Big Ticket Draw on March 5.

The 33-year-old Malayalee, who was been employed in the UAE for the last nine years, said that he still cannot believe it has happened.
"I am now convinced my lucky number is 44698," said Krishnan.Â
For last several years, he has been buying the tickets, however, this time he had told himself that he won't be buying any tickets anymore.
"This time when I bought the ticket, I had decided it would be my last try. And as luck would have it, this is definitely my last buy," Kirshnan to KT.
On what he plans to do with the money, the lucky Kerala native said that he has been advised by his wife to first pay-off their home loan.
 "My first priority is to pay off my housing loans back in India. That is what my wife also wants me to do," he said.
