Did Surendran just threaten Kerala police? 'Mind it'

BJP leader K Surendran has come up against two police officers probing the murder of Pavilayi Mohanan. He has directed his attack on DySP's Prince Abraham and Sadanandan.

He made the post after a videotape of Subeesh, an RSS worker, confessing to having committed the murder of an NDF activist Fazal surfaced on media. The tape was submitted in court by CPM leader Karayi Rajan, the 7th accused in Fazal murder. 

Subeesh was arrested in connection with the murder of Mohanan, and the video footage shows him confessing to police that he along with three other RSS workers killed Fazal and that CPM leaders Karayi Rajan and Chandrasekharan does not have any role in it. 

In his post, Surendran states that Jayarajan and his team would move to any extent to rescue Karayi brothers. "However, is it right for DySP's Sadanandan and Prince Abraham to attempt to save CPM leaders. What is their interest in this case? Did Pinarayi government entrust them to probe into Fazal murder? 

Is it right for them to record the statement of an accused in a case and provide it as evidence in another case? Had this happened in India ever before? If yes, they will have to produce the statement of T K Rajeesh, from the interrogation on T P Chandrasekharan murder. 

It is clear that the officers, who are loyal to CPM, through this drama, is trying to save the accused in a case which is being investigated by the CBI. Isn't this against service rules? 

If they want to serve the party, they should indulge in party activities after quitting the job. Remember that you are only ordinary citizens once the service period is completed. Mind it," he says.
