Zameer Ahmed sold himself for votes say JD(S) Sharavana

FollowLegislator Zameer Ahmed, a rebel of JD(S) has been issuing demeaning statements about H D Deve Gowda and JD(S) but he is a cheap blackguard said JD(S) State Vice-president and MLC T A Sharavana. He reacted strongly to Zameer’s comments that after the demise of H D Deve Gowda JD(S) would finish and Revanna would go begging to join Congress, reported Kannada Prabha.
Speaking at a press meet at the Party office on Monday, T A Sharavana said disciplinary action was taken against Zameer for rebelling against the Party. Hence he is giving cheap statements everywhere against H D Deve Gowda. He has to immediately apologise if not JD(S) will get into a strong agitation against him he said.
JD(S) may be a lake, as Zameer has criticised but it is lifesaving nectar. Zameer has jumping into an ocean called Congress where he will be washed out in its waves. Deve Gowda is alike a Peepal tree, which has given shelter to many. Zameer Ahmed’s mother touched Deve Gowda’s feet and begged him to give a seat to him. Zameer must have forgotten it. He has sold votes for money, he criticised.
Zameer has challenged anybody has the “meter” to face him in Chamarajapete. Let him realise who made him into a legislator and even a minister. Deve Gowda roamed about the slums to make him win in 2002. H D Kumaraswamy made him a minister. Now Zameer is talking about “meter”, he said.
The Minority community had highest regard in the Party. Merajuddin Patel was Party president. Zameer was made a minister. C M Ibrahim, Roshan Baig and Abdul Azeem were all given good positions. Why Revanna, even a common workers would win against Zameer. People know whom to elect and whom to send home, Sharavana commented.
JD(S) City Unit president R Prakash said those who hide behind the religious leaders are cowards. For the sins committed here they go to Mecca for purification. Did we not see Zameer in a Dubai Sheik’s costume holding perfume tap the doors of Deve Gowda, he criticised.
