Here is what Dharam Singh enquired about in his call to Tanveer Sait Former CM had called up Tanveer just a day ago Here is the fact that proves Dharam Singh was selfless and strived hard to keep the alliance
Former Chief Minister Dharam Singh had made a call to Education Minister Tanveer Sait, just a day before his death. This is what he spoke to Minister Tanveer Sait in his last call.

Dharam Singh breathed his last at MS Ramaiah Hospital in Bengaluru on Thursday, where he was admitted after he complained of chest pain.
However, in his last call to Sait former CM had said, "He called yesterday (Wednesday) to speak about better implementation of Ganga Kalyan scheme in Jewargi Constituency."
Dharam Singh called up Education Minister Tanveer Sait two days ago to half a transfer of education officer attached to Akshara Dasoha scheme
Dharam Singh's son Ajay Singh had put up a plea before Tanveer asking him to transfer an officer, but Dharam Singh requested to stop any such move to transfer saying the children education at government will suffer. Thus even after he was away from active politics, he showed his commitment to the welfare programmes.
Apart from education, irrigation was also on top of Dharam Singh's mind.
He further added that as a CM he always supported pro-people schemes and never interfered in the affairs of his colleagues in the Cabinet. "More than clearing files of the Congress legislators, he cleared JD(S) files to keep the alliance strong," said Minister Sait.
Though Dharam Singh was away from active politics from 2014, he was regularly calling up ministers and officers to get updated about the development issues.
